The difference

When the coach is in the room

Accountability, motivation, and the kind of effort that's genuinely hard to reach alone.

In-person, I can catch the technical error before it becomes a pattern, cue you through a difficult set as it's happening, and hold the standard on effort when it matters most. The details that make the difference: feel, intensity, the adjustments that happen rep by rep.

Every session is built on a full coaching plan: custom programming, nutrition, weekly reviews, and unlimited messaging between sessions. The in-person sessions sit on top of that foundation, not in place of it.

What's included

Everything you need for elite performance

Full 1-1 coaching: programming, nutrition, weekly reviews, and messaging, plus in-person training sessions at the facility.

In-person sessions

Scheduled training sessions at the facility with me coaching every rep. Real-time form feedback, live cueing, and maximum-effort work that's genuinely hard to replicate alone.

Custom programming

A fully custom training plan built around your sport, goal, and schedule. Your in-person sessions are structured within the broader program, not treated as standalone workouts.

Nutrition coaching

Custom targets, habits, strategy, meal plans, and reviews based on your life and training. Nutrition is often the hardest part to implement. I'll make it as simple and easy to follow as possible.

Weekly reviews & unlimited support

I review your logs every week. Between in-person sessions you have direct access to me: unlimited messaging, form review on video, and adjustments as things come up.

Who it's for

Local. Serious. Ready to work.

In-person coaching is for North Austin athletes who want the highest level of coaching touch: presence, accountability, and real-time feedback on every session.

It works especially well for athletes at a technical crossroads, where cues on video aren't landing, a movement needs to be rebuilt from the floor up, or you've hit a ceiling that requires someone in the room to push through.

Athletes at any level are welcome. Age 9 through 90, beginner to advanced. The standard is the same regardless of where you are: build it right, build it to last.

Questions

About 1-1 coaching in Round Rock

It depends on your goal and schedule. Most athletes train in-person 2–4 sessions per week. The remaining training is self-directed using your custom program in the app. We'll set the session frequency in your assessment based on what makes sense for your goal.

Yes. In-person coaching starts at $560/month (vs. $360 for online-only). The rate scales slightly with session frequency. Everything that comes with 1-1 online is included: custom programming, nutrition, weekly reviews, messaging, and form checks. The in-person sessions are the added layer.

No. The facility is fully equipped for serious strength work: barbells, racks, machines, sleds, and turf. Just show up ready to train. Footwear appropriate for strength training is recommended (flat-soled shoes or lifting shoes).

Frequent travelers often do well with a hybrid approach: in-person when they're local, app-based sessions when they're away. The program adapts to available equipment, and travel weeks are planned for, not just skipped. We'll build the structure around your real schedule.

The training price covers your membership for the duration of training. If you are already a member, I will discount your monthly membership rate from the price of the package you choose.

Start with the assessment. After the questionnaire, we'll have a consultation call where we talk through your goals and I'll confirm whether in-person makes sense given your location and schedule. If it does, we'll set a start date.
