Custom programming
A complete training plan written specifically for you: organized by mesocycle, with exact exercises, sets, reps, target loads, and progressions. Delivered in the training app before your first week starts.
Ways to train: Online
Total performance management, built around you. Custom training and nutrition, data-driven adjustments, and unlimited coaching, from anywhere.
What makes it different
Most online coaching is a program with a check-in call bolted on. This isn't that.
Every training block I write starts from a blank page: your sport, your history, your schedule, your equipment, your goals. Nothing is copy-pasted from a previous athlete. The plan fits you because it was built for you.
I don't just set it and forget it either. I read your logs every week, track your data, and adjust what needs adjusting. The program is a living thing: it responds to how you're actually training, not how it was originally planned.
What's included
One monthly rate covers the full coaching package. Nothing is split out, gated, or sold separately.
A complete training plan written specifically for you: organized by mesocycle, with exact exercises, sets, reps, target loads, and progressions. Delivered in the training app before your first week starts.
Custom targets and strategy based on your goal, sport demands, and lifestyle. Not a generic macro split: a plan that actually accounts for how you live and train.
I review your logs every week. Effort, loads, compliance, recovery signals: anything that tells me how the program is landing and what to adjust. The plan evolves in real time.
When something needs a conversation, we schedule a call. Progress reviews, goal shifts, anything that's easier to talk through than type out.
Submit video of any lift, any time. I review and respond with specific, technical feedback, not generic cues. If a movement needs work, I fix it before it becomes a problem.
Direct access to me between sessions. Questions, schedule changes, something that felt off in a session: message whenever you need. You won't be waiting for a scheduled check-in to get an answer.
How it works
Everything starts with the assessment. From there, the coaching loop runs the same way each cycle: assessed, planned, trained, and coached.
A detailed intake covering your sport, training history, goals, schedule, equipment access, and anything that's held you back. Followed by a one-on-one consultation before programming starts. No guesswork: the consultation gets clear on what you're actually trying to build.
Your first training block is written before week one begins. Full program in the app: exercises, sets, reps, loads, and progressions. You'll know exactly what you're doing and why before you set foot in the gym.
You train the program. Log in the app, submit form clips, and message when you need something. The program runs in the background: you just focus on executing the sessions.
I review your data, we meet, and I adjust. The coaching cycle keeps the program responsive: if you're progressing ahead of schedule, I push. If recovery is lagging, I back off. That's what separates a coaching relationship from just running a program.
Who it's for
1-1 online coaching is for athletes who are done experimenting and ready to train with real structure behind them.
I've worked with figure skaters, gymnasts, martial artists, fencers, swimmers, powerlifters, Hyrox competitors, and dancers: athletes whose sports demand more than generic programming. If your sport is complicated to program for, that's exactly what I'm built for.
Location doesn't matter. I coach athletes across the US and beyond. As long as you have access to a gym and a phone to log with, I can coach you.
Questions
You train your scheduled sessions, log them in the app, and submit form clips for anything you want reviewed. I review your logs by end of week and flag adjustments. If something needs a call, we set one up.
Covered under the same monthly rate, no add-on. I set targets and strategy based on your goal and sport demands, review weekly, and adjust alongside the training. If your goal is purely performance (not body composition), nutrition is still part of the picture: fueling well is part of training well.
I use a dedicated training app for programming and logging. After your assessment, you'll get onboarding instructions and access before your first training week begins. Exercise demos, session notes, and your full history all live in one place.
No contract. Month-to-month or quarter-to-quarter with 30-day notice to cancel. That said, real results take real time. I ask new athletes to commit to at least three months mentally, because the first block is where I dial in the programming and most athletes don't see what the system can do until the second cycle.
Programs are right if you want to train independently with a proven structure. The Training Team is right if you want some coaching touch and group accountability at a lower price point. 1-1 is right if you want everything custom, want someone reading your data every week, and are ready to invest in that level of attention. Start the assessment and we'll sort it out in the consultation.
