What it is
Semi-private is in-person coaching with a fixed group of 2–4 athletes.
Not a class of 20. A small group where I know every athlete, watch every set, and coach every session. Small enough for real feedback, structured enough to build real strength.
Everyone trains the same scaled program, built around the group's goals and adjusted for each individual's capacity. Sessions run 2–3 times per week at the private facility in Round Rock.

The group runs the same program, with loading and modifications set for each athlete. Built around the group's training goals, not a generic template. Progressions are deliberate and tracked week to week.
The cap is intentional. Four athletes is the limit, so the coaching stays real. You're not background noise in a big class: I can see and correct every rep.
Your sessions, programming, and progress logs are in the app. See your lifts week over week and stay connected to the program between sessions.

Training at Los Campeones Round Rock: 30,000 sq ft built around serious strength work.
Eleiko platforms and racks, 200+ machines from Hammer Strength, Watson, and Atlantis, 100 feet of turf and cable stations, and a dedicated Hyrox area. The equipment is there to do the work properly.

Who it's for
Semi-private is for athletes who want in-person coaching and real accountability, without the investment of private sessions.
It works well for athletes who've been self-guided and want a coach in the room, athletes who respond well to training alongside others, and athletes looking for a sustainable weekly structure they'll actually commit to.
All sports. All levels. The programming scales to where you are.

Groups are formed based on scheduling availability and general training level. You'll know who you're training with before you commit. The cap is 4 athletes per group, always.
Missing a session occasionally is normal and the programming accounts for it. The group trains on a fixed schedule: if you need to miss, the program doesn't break. Consistent attendance is what makes it work long-term.
Private sessions are fully 1-1: fully custom programming, dedicated coaching attention every rep, and flexible scheduling. Semi-private shares the floor with 2–4 athletes on a shared program. The coaching is real in both cases; the level of individual customization and attention is different.
