On the call, We'll discuss the answers to your questionnaire to make sure I have a clear understanding of your goals, struggles, and needs.
We'll break your goals down into clear, achievable targets, and determine a realistic timeframe to reach them once proper training and nutrition are implemented.
Next, I'll also outline the most effective training and nutrition strategies to reach your goals. These will be recommendations based on your personal goals, struggles, and experience.
