Step 1 - Booking & Questionnaire

First you'll book the free assessment call with me by clicking book now. Then I'll send you a comprehensive questionnaire about your goals, training, nutrition, and lifestyle, which you should complete before the assessment call.

Step 2 - Assessment Call

On the call, We'll discuss the answers to your questionnaire to make sure I have a clear understanding of your goals, struggles, and needs.

Step 3 - Goal Setting

We'll break your goals down into clear, achievable targets, and determine a realistic timeframe to reach them once proper training and nutrition are implemented.

Step 4 - Planning

Next, I'll also outline the most effective training and nutrition strategies to reach your goals. These will be recommendations based on your personal goals, struggles, and experience.

Step 5 - Q&A

You'll have the opportunity to ask any questions about fitness, your goals, and what we've discussed. If you are interested in continued coaching to help you implement these changes, we can discuss that as well.
