Phase Coaching is run by me, Jason Dupree, and operates phasecoaching.com. This policy explains what personal information I collect, how I use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information I collect

I collect information you provide directly when you fill out a form, start an assessment, or contact me:

Name and email address
Phone number
Health, training history, and sport information (used to build your coaching program)

I also collect certain information automatically when you visit the site, including IP address, browser type, referring pages, and pages visited. This information is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

How I use your information

To deliver and operate the coaching services you've requested
To communicate with you about your program, scheduling, or billing
To send you information about other Phase Coaching offerings (you can opt out at any time)
To improve the site and services

Third-party sharing

I do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. I may share your information with trusted service providers who help me operate the site and deliver services, including form processing (Fillout), payment processing, and email, only to the extent necessary to perform those functions. These providers are required to keep your information confidential.

Security

I use SSL encryption when transmitting sensitive information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security. I take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot warrant that unauthorized access will never occur.

Your rights

You may request that I delete the personal information I hold about you. I will honor such requests subject to any legal obligations or legitimate business reasons to retain the data (for example, completing a transaction or complying with applicable law).

Children

I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe I have inadvertently collected such information, please contact me and I will delete it promptly.
