Structured blocks
Organized by mesocycle with progressive overload built in. Every week has a purpose: you're not just accumulating sessions, you're building toward a peak.
Ways to train: Entry
Proven training blocks built on the same system I use with my athletes. One-time purchase, no assessment required: the lowest-commitment way to start training the right way.
What's included
Each program is a complete, structured block, not a collection of workouts. You get a full plan with the context to actually execute it.
Organized by mesocycle with progressive overload built in. Every week has a purpose: you're not just accumulating sessions, you're building toward a peak.
Every exercise linked to a video demonstration. No guessing what something is supposed to look like or how to cue yourself through it.
Track sets, reps, and loads directly in the training app. Your history stays with you: you'll know exactly where you were and what you lifted.
Each program specifies target loads, rep ranges, and progression rules. You'll always know when to add weight and when to build the pattern first.
Who it's for
Programs are right for athletes who want a structured plan without the commitment of ongoing coaching.
Maybe you've trained inconsistently, followed generic YouTube programming, or just want to build your strength base before investing in custom coaching. These blocks give you a proven framework to work from, built on the same principles I use with my 1-1 athletes, packaged for independent execution.
Equipment needs vary by program, but every block is written to work in a standard commercial gym with barbells, machines, and free weights.

Questions
No. Programs are fully self-guided. You get a complete plan, exercise demos, and the app for logging, but there's no coach check-in or form review. If you want that, the Training Team or 1-1 Online options are built for it.
It depends on the program: each listing will specify. Most require a standard commercial gym: barbells, rack, and machines. Some blocks have home-gym variations. Check the program page for specifics.
Through the training app. After purchase, the full program loads into your account: sessions, demos, notes, and progressions all in one place. You log as you go and the app tracks your history.
Yes. Most programs respond well to a second run because you'll start with better baselines. The progression model is built to accommodate that: just reset and add load where the first run ended.
Start the assessment. A completed program is a strong foundation for 1-1 coaching: you'll already have baselines, training data, and a sense of how you respond. That makes the custom programming sharper from week one.
