Services

Phase Coaching offers online coaching (programs, teams, and 1-on-1) and in-person services (private sessions and semi-private training in Round Rock, TX). Service details, schedules, and pricing are described on the relevant coaching pages.

Account and information accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when filling out assessments or contacting me. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Payment and cancellation

Paid coaching services are billed on a monthly or quarterly basis as described at purchase. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with 30-day notice preferred; access continues through the current billing cycle with no further charges. In-person sessions require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.

Refund policy

No refunds on subscriptions or one-time program purchases. For monthly session packages, sessions cancelled with 24-hour notice may be rescheduled within the same billing month. Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are forfeited. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances can be submitted through the contact page and will be handled case by case.

Intellectual property

All content on phasecoaching.com, including training programs, text, images, and coaching materials, is the exclusive property of Phase Coaching. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Disclaimer

Coaching services involve physical training. You assume responsibility for your own health and safety. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any training program, particularly if you have known health conditions or injuries. Phase Coaching is not liable for injury resulting from participation in any program or service.

Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or that I determine is harmful to other clients, my business, or third parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or my services will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, I will provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
